You can change your mind within 14 days. Here is how it works for Premium and for Focus Guides.
You can cancel within 14 days of the day you subscribe, without giving a reason. The same 14 days apply each time a yearly plan renews.
Because you asked for Premium to start straight away, we refund what you paid minus an amount for the days you had Premium, in proportion to the period paid.
After the 14 days, you can still stop the renewal at any time: Premium continues until the end of the period already paid.
When you buy a guide, you ask to read it straight away and confirm that the 14-day right to cancel ends when it opens. That is why the guide opens at once.
If a guide does not open or does not match its description, you keep the rights the law gives for digital content: we repair or replace it, or refund you.
Send us a clear statement, for example by email to contact@fadhail.com, with the email address of your account. You can use the form below, but you do not have to.
To stop a renewal only, use Manage billing in your account.
We refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, to the same card or account you paid with, at no cost to you.
